Which airport should I use to get to Ithaca?: Our airport recommendation of choice: Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR) Syracuse is about an hour drive from Ithaca. Consider arranging your flights to/from SYR with the airline of your choice. If you'd prefer the closest option to the venue, Ithaca does have Ithaca Tompkins International Airport (ITH). That being said, you should expect flights to/from ITH to be more expensive. Please note that NYC based airports (JFK, LGA, EWR) are nearly 4 hours away from Ithaca, NY.
Where should I stay?: We recommend the following hotels: Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Ithaca 359 Elmira Rd, Ithaca, NY 14850 Hotel Ithaca 222 S Cayuga St, Ithaca, NY 14850 Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Ithaca, NY 1100 Danby Road, NY-96B, Ithaca, NY 14850 There are also a variety of Airbnbs in the area if you'd prefer a private rental.
Where should I rent a car?: Various options at SYR Airport 1000 Col Eileen Collins Blvd, Syracuse, NY 13212

What time should I arrive at the Reception?: The reception will begin at 4:00pm on October 24, 2026 and will last until 9:00pm. Please arrive whenever convenient for you. You may wish to eat a meal before you arrive, as we will be enjoying hors d'oeuvres and desserts.
Am I invited to the Ceremony?: We have been blessed with a large spiritual family, who we dearly love. We will, however, have a small, private ceremony on October 16, 2026. A separate Invitation and RSVP is requested for guests invited to the ceremony. A live stream will be provided, so that you may watch the ceremony remotely, if you choose to do so. We greatly appreciate your love and understanding!
What is the deadline to RSVP?: Please respond as soon as you can, but no later than September 1, 2026.
Is there a dress code?: Yes. We kindly request formal attire for our wedding ceremony and reception. Wear your best shade of dark blue!
Is there a registry?: More than anything, we value your love and support. If you wish to give more than that, please see the registry tab for items we would like. Monetary gifts can be made via Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle. The details for each option are located in the registries tab. We are grateful for any gift you wish to give.
What if I need to change my RSVP?: If an unavoidable conflict arises that will prevent you from attending, we ask that you please update your RSVP as soon as possible.
